How to reset to factory setting?

I am stuck in error mode. How do I reset to factory setting my 6400 Envy?

To reset your HP Envy 6400 series printer to its factory settings, follow these steps:

1. Perform a Basic Reset

• Ensure the printer is powered on.
• On the printer’s control panel or touchscreen, find and press the Setup or Settings button. This is usually represented by a gear icon.
• Use the arrow keys or touchscreen to navigate to Printer Maintenance or Tools.
• Look for an option such as Restore Defaults, Reset, or Factory Reset.
• Select this option to begin the reset process.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm that you want to restore factory settings. The printer may reboot during this process.

2. Perform a Power Reset

If the above method doesn’t work or the printer is unresponsive:

• Press the power button to turn off the printer.
• Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and from the electrical outlet.

Wait:

• Leave the printer unplugged for about 1-2 minutes.

Reconnect and Power On:

• Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and the printer.
• Turn on the printer.

3. Use HP  App for Reset

If you have the HP app installed:

• Launch the HP app on your computer or mobile device.
• Choose the HP Envy 6400 printer from the list of devices.
• Go to the Printer Settings or Advanced Settings.
• Look for an option to Restore Factory Defaults or similar, and follow the prompts to reset the printer.
