I just got this printer today and when I try to setup accessory in "WLAN", my phone always prompts "An unexpected error occurred. Try again".  I think this is due to the fact that I am using the student house network. And then I spent a long time in finding the printer's MAC address. After that it still prompts the same error. After a few attempts, when I try to find this device in my iphone's "WLAN", it can only be found as "DIRECT-E2-HP ENVY 6000 series" rather than "HP-setup-" which is shown in HP-Smart app. I don't know what happened and the printer still didn't connect the network. So I think I may need to restore it to factory default settings?  I don't know exactly. I really need you help!!!

HP Recommended

I just print the wireless network test results which shows that my printer has been connected with the wireless network. But I still can not find it in my HP Smart app. What should I do now?
