I am trying to change the wireless network for my HP Photosmart c4795. I no longer use the network it was originally set up on and need to set it up on a new network. I do not have the cd. Can you provide any direction?

@Neise36, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you would like to connect the printer to the wireless network. There is no printer driver available for this model on the HP Support site anymore due to its age.
You may use the WPS button to connect the printer.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
- This printer supports WPA/WPA2 encryption, check if the router is on the same encryption method. If using WEP or WPA-PSK+FT change it to WPA-PSK

Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
Refer to this document to know how. Try printing. Use Deskjet 990c driver if your printer is not listed.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
