Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an OfficeJet Pro 6975.  My wifi network name was changed, and I need to reconnect to the new network. However, all the wireless setup options are locked as well as the factory reset option.  I have tried unplugging the printer for 60 seconds as per suggestions I found in the community support forum, but that didn't unlock anything.  Is there a reset button on this device, or does anyone have any other way to update the wifi name/password?  Thanks.
