Product: Hp 3050 j610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a printer HP 3050 J610 from Saudi and it is not working with indian catridge 802 and showing incompatible catridge although I checked the website and it should work .Can you please help me with this?
