HP Recommended

My printer will not connect to my Wi-Fi or my computer. I have completely done a factory reset of my entire Wi-Fi network. I have rebooted my computer and the printer multiple times.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled my printer several times in Windows. The HP app will not give me access to any advanced settings. My laptop which is also an HP says that the air is a missing driver. My computer is running windows 10 Home. I do not know how to fix this. Help!
