Product: HP DeskJet 3637 All-in-One Printer

My old printer (that was registered with insta ink) stopped working so I've bought a new one and I cannot connect it to my account to get my insta ink subscription registered. I've tried all the help and I can connect to the printer (the long way of searching for it) but it will not find any WiFi networks. I've no ink left from printing out so many status pages, I'm paying for the subscription every month but unable to use my printer. It's driving me insane I'm ready to bin it. Any suggestions for a total tech moron 🙈
