@Sonnyboard, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

We understand that you have cancelled HP instant ink subscription.
Since you have canceled,

>You can continue printing with Instant Ink supplies until the end of your current billing cycle.

>At the end of the billing cycle, you must remove Instant Ink cartridges and purchase Original HP Ink or Toner directly from the retailer of your choice to continue printing. Instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers.

Once you have replaced the previous cartridges with the original HP cartridges, please try these steps,

Power Cycle the Printer

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the printer from the power source and leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

Reset the Printer’s Web Services

  • Press the Web Services button on the printer (if available).
  • If that doesn’t work, go to the Settings on the printer's control panel.
  • Look for Web Services Settings and select Restore Web Services Defaults.
  • Confirm the reset and check if the lights stop flashing.

Check for Firmware Update

Sometimes, there may be a firmware update to fix connectivity issues:

  • On your printer, go to Settings > Printer Updates and check for any available updates.
  • Install the update if prompted.

Manually Disconnect from Web Services

  • On the printer’s control panel, press the Setup button (gear icon).
  • Navigate to Web Services and select Disable Web Services or Turn Off Web Services.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
