HP DeskJet 4158e All-in-One Printer

We moved and now our printer won’t connect to the new internet. It will not accept the password. We went through all the instructions, restarted the printer and computer, we even changed the internet password, deleted and reinstalled the hp smart app but nothing has fixed the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

You need only to reset the printer.  if you have an ink subscription the printer needs to be connected to the router.  Regardless of subscription or not,  I recommend you print directly to the printer using Wi-Fi direct.

Do not call any phone number revealed in any video or site.

Watch this video to see how to reset your printer: 4110 4120 4130 4140.

This video shows how to connect to the router: 4120 4130
Wi-Fi Direct can be used to avoid configuring the router. Watch this: 4130
Wi-Fi Direct is explained on page 24 of the User Manual, this Wi-Fi setup avoids configuring the router.
A simple connection to the router can be done by using the WPS pushbutton method. This is explained on page 23 in this User Manual.
