Product: HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. 

I have got a new installation of windows 10. (64bit)

I've installed hp smart and connected via wireless (and usb if required)

When I attempt to print anything colour the printer will print half way and then stop.

 

Can anyone help please?
