Hi @YRMS,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP Envy printer is frozen and unresponsive. Here are the steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Confirm Power Source:

  • Ensure that the power cord is securely connected to the printer and the outlet.

  • Try plugging the printer into a different outlet to verify it's not an issue with the current outlet.

Perform a Reset:

  • Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet.

  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.

  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and outlet, then turn on the printer.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Inspect the power cord and connections for any visible damage.

  • Try using a different compatible power cord if available.

Attempt a Factory Reset:

  • If the printer powers on but remains frozen, try restoring the printer settings to factory defaults.

  • Depending on the model, this can typically be done through the control panel if accessible or as detailed in the user manual. Official HP® Support.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
