Printer does not have any error. And will and is currently connected to wifi. It won't print. I've tried hp service plug in and hp smart, as well Samsung print service plug in.
With the samssung print service plug it.. the printer will connect and after trying to print, it will say printing on the printer and my phone but nothing happens.

Hi @Kbb4,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer not printing despite being connected to WiFi and showing no errors. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check Printer Connection
- Ensure that your printer is connected to the same WiFi network as your phone or computer that you are printing from.
- Verify that the printer's WiFi signal is strong and stable.
2. Restart Devices
- Power cycle your printer by turning it off, waiting for about 10 seconds, and then turning it back on.
- Restart your phone or computer that you are printing from.
3. Update Printer Firmware
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve printing issues.
- You can usually check for updates through the printer's control panel or via the HP Smart app.
4. Check Print Queue
- Sometimes, print jobs can get stuck in the print queue. Clear the print queue on your phone or computer:
- For Android devices, go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Print Service Plugin > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- For iPhones or iPads, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Samsung Print Service Plugin > Delete App.
- Then reinstall the Samsung Print Service Plugin and try printing again.
5. Verify Printing App Settings
- Ensure that you have selected the correct printer (HP ENVY Photo 7155) in the printing app settings on your phone.
- Check if there are any print settings (like paper size or quality) that need adjustment.
6. Test with Another Device
- Try printing from another device (computer or another phone) to see if the issue is specific to one device.
7. Reinstall Printer Drivers and Apps
- Remove the printer from your phone or computer's list of devices.
- Reinstall the HP Smart app or Samsung Print Service Plugin and set up your printer again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
