ePrint is still free -- the procedure model has not changed in the years ePrint has been in service.

As in the past, ePrint processes are all automated on the HP side.

There are protocols in place to handle security and programs monitor server health.

There are not groups of agents sitting at desks monitoring individual jobs.

One thing you can influence on your side:  Ensure Web Services is running.

The printer's user manual explains how to set up and use ePrint:

What else?

It is possible that ePrint service is down temporarily in one or more regions (of the world).

Should there be a problem in the HP side, an alert will be issued within HP to HP  - when there is a fix in place, service should resume.

No - We cannot check the service status, including whether, where, if, how, when.

There is no "outside looking in" method to request status or updates.

When / If service resumes -- assuming your job meets the ePrint criteria and that your printer is connected to HP Smart / HP Connected -- you can send jobs to your printer.

A successful job process will issue to your sender's email a notice of success.

Reminder

There is no followup to the initial email --

Once the job is accepted by the HP Server side, the job will eventually print on your printer or it will not.
