Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8022e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I changed my router and now I cannot connect my HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series printer to the new network.

 

If I go to restore, under printer maintenance, I  get the message, "this feature has been locked, touch unlock to unlock this feature".

It asks for a username and password which I do not have.

 

I also used the hp smart program to unlock the network settings, but the password I set seems not to be valid anymore and neither the default password works... 

 

Please tell me how to remove this lock feature so I can connect the printer to the new router.

I answer myself: to enter the hidden menu, you must press 4 times the ? (question mark) button on the printer's display, then, navigating a bit, you will find the partial reset option.
