Hi @Katerin1996,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you’re looking for the Wi-Fi password for your HP printer, here are the steps to find or reset it:

Option 1: Print the Network Configuration Page

  1. On your printer’s control panel, go to Setup (⚙️)ReportsNetwork Configuration Page.
  2. Print the report.
    • Look for SSID and Network Key (Password) under Wireless settings.

Option 2: Use HP App

  1. Open the HP App on your PC or mobile device.
  2. Select your printer → Network Information.
  3. The Wi-Fi password will be shown if the printer is connected.

Option 3: Access Embedded Web Server (EWS)

  1. Find your printer’s IP address (on the printer display or by printing the Network Configuration Page).
  2. Enter the IP in a browser → Network Settings → Wireless → Security.
  3. View or reset the password.

Option 4: Reset Wireless Settings

If you can’t retrieve the password:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and Cancel button together for 5 seconds (on most HP DeskJet/ENVY models).
  • This restores default network settings so you can reconnect using HP Smart.
