Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Hp 5107 , 

When I try to connect to internet it ,shuts down the printer (all control lights flashing) and needs resetting.

I can connect to my WiFi (internet turned off )but once it connects to the internet  it fails (all lights  blinking)after about 10 secs .

Really have no idea how to fix this 😕.

Printer working if I don't connect .!

Thanks for the answer. It sorted out the problem .no driver found when I looked. Uploaded driver and it's  fine ... thanks 👍

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Restart the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back in.
  5. Turn on the printer.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows only):

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
