This keeps showing even tho my macbook is connected to the internet and the printer is also connected to the internet. Please help.

Firstly check your all cable connection. If all is perfect then try these steps for this issue:

search the internet for a Malware removal program.

Run the program for removal the computer malware.

Make sure your printer has the latest version of firmware.

and if problem continue persist then your firmware software blocking the printer request. Then you should talk to your firmware support.
