Hi @Buttons1231,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that your HP DeskJet 3750 All-in-One Printer is not connecting to your Wi-Fi network or phone.

Before proceeding, please confirm:

  • Are you connecting the printer to a new router, or did the Wi-Fi network name or password recently change?
  • Are you using the HP app on the phone?
  • Is the phone Android or iPhone?
  • What exact error appears on the phone or in the HP app?
  • Is the printer’s blue Wireless light blinking, solid, or turned off?
  • Is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want to use for the printer?

Please restore the printer’s Wi-Fi setup mode and reconnect it:

  1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
  2. Press the Cancel button to prepare the printer.
  3. Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together until the Power button starts blinking.
  4. Wait until the blue Wireless light begins blinking.
  5. On the phone, turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. If prompted, allow the HP app to access Bluetooth, the local network, and location.
  6. Connect the phone to your regular Wi-Fi network.
  7. Open the HP app.
  8. Select the plus sign (+) to add the printer, and then follow the instructions to connect the HP DeskJet 3750 to the network.

Complete the setup within two hours after restoring Wi-Fi setup mode. The reset clears the printer’s previous network settings so that it can accept the new Wi-Fi connection.

If the printer is not detected, restart the printer, phone, and wireless router. Place the printer near the router, reopen the HP app, and try adding it again.

If you recently changed the router, internet provider, Wi-Fi name, or password, the printer must be connected again using the new network information.

For additional setup assistance, see HP DeskJet 3750 All-in-One Printer Setup. HP DeskJet 3750 All-in-One Printer Setup | HP® Support

If the issue continues, reply with the exact error message, phone type, and status of the blue Wireless light so we can assist you further.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
