Hi @Sabari66,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you've forgotten the password for your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w printer, you may need to perform a factory reset to regain access. Here's how you can do it.
Factory Reset Instructions:
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time.
- While holding these buttons, turn on the printer.
- Continue to hold the buttons until all the LEDs flash together, then release the buttons.
The printer should now be reset to factory settings, including the password. You'll need to set it up again, including connecting it to your network and configuring any other settings.
Setting Up After Factory Reset:
- Turn on the printer.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, country/region, and set the time.
- Connect the printer to your wireless network. You may need your Wi-Fi password for this step.
- Install the printer software on your computer or mobile device if necessary.
After this process, the printer should be accessible with its default settings, and you can set a new password if needed.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
