Hi Everyone:
I am looking for instructions on how to bypass or get rid of HP SMART APP, along with any other proprietary on the following all-in-one PC:
(1.) DESKTOP TPUB35H
(2.) HP ENVY PRO 6455 PRINTER
(3.) ONE NOTE
I want to be able to print any document from the desktop not the app installed on the iPhone? Moreover, how do I retrieve files from the iCloud and place them into the PROPER “Documents Folder” on the desktop?
Thank you.

Proprietary software might be checked against what is in the Device Manager and what you think you don't want.
Aside from those drivers installed that actually benefit or are required by the hardware, little extra is mandatory.
Although I am not at this time running a stripped version of Windows -- I've done so and it was fine for most uses.
Toward the end of the experiment, the system (Zbook 17 G3 Workstation) did drag a bit and complain about missing HP Drivers on occasion. Mostly, the system just worked as expected using the standard Windows 10 updates and any software needed to run my Office software. I did keep the BIOS updated. I am not running Windows 10 on any systems at this point so cannot comment on what it would look like now.
Want it Plain
The easier solution is to back up your personal data to other than the computer and then do a clean install of the OS version you want / can run. Be sure you have your network driver (likely HP), else you might find your OS installed and no way to reach the Internet. Others can provide better guidance on this subject.

Use of HP Smart is optional.
The HP Full Feature Software is available for your Operating System / version.
If you want it, the printer also supports the HP Universal Scan Software.

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software – Offline Use Only
After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
Ask if you want additional installation instructions / example.

Optional – Supported for your printer
Next – HP Universal Scan Software - NOTE: Model and Operating System version Dependent
HP Universal Scan Full Feature Software adds OCR libraries to installed HP Scan software.
HPUS installs a new, full featured, (and separate) HP Scan software shortcut to the Desktop.
Note: HPUS can be installed as standalone or installed after the full feature printer software.
After the software is installed, Restart the computer and sign in
HP Universal Scan Software provides a larger GUI to make using the software easier on high-resolution screens. New features have been added to the main menu to help with navigating the settings.

The installation of the full driver adds at least two shortcuts to the Desktop:

iCloud follows the rules, settings, and setups in the iCloud for PC / Desktop software.
In my workstation running Windows 11, iCloud photos end up in the local Pictures folder.
I have an iCloud folder named iCloudDrive.
Useless in the context of what you are asking, I think.
You might get better help from others or check at Apple Community.
It might not be the first time someone has asked the question.

OneNote is specific to Windows.
I have it as part of my full suite of Office software.
OneNote and all Microsoft Office products are optional.
Use, licensing, and even what you can do with the products is managed by Microsoft and Windows.
Questions regarding it's use are likely common in the Microsoft Community
