I am trying to find the WPS Pin Number for my HP Smart Tank Plus 550 series printer so that I can connect it to the Internet. I cannot find it on the printer nor on any of the paper work accompanying it. Any ideas please.

Hi @Kwho,
I'd like to help!
To better assist-
- Could you share an image of the screen requesting the password?
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
Keep me posted.

Linking to an HP Pavilion laptap. I recently had to have the line into the property looked at and I think something upset the printer link then. It had worked perfectly until then. Now it only shows as "Off line".
As suggested I have uninstalled the printer and now must reconnect it. The printer seems to have reconnected to the WiFi but I have no idea what the password is. There are various things on the printer it could be but nothing flagged as the WPS PIN

- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
