I lost my wireless connection. I reconnected the wireless and I can print documents. However, I cannot stop the wireless light from blinking and all buttons on the control panel are lit. Any suggestions?

Hi @SDS1971,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The blinking wireless light on your HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer indicates that the printer is not connected to a wireless network properly or is trying to reconnect. Since you mentioned that you can print documents, the printer might still be partially connected or there could be a glitch. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.
Restart Printer and Router
- Turn off your printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the printer.
- Turn off your router.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Turn on your router and wait for it to reconnect to the internet.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and turn it on.
Reconnect the Printer to the Wireless Network
- On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button simultaneously.
- Print a Network Configuration Page.
- Check the network status and make sure it shows as connected.
- If not connected, go through the wireless setup process again using the HP Smart app or the printer’s control panel.
Reset the Printer’s Network Settings
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button simultaneously until the power button flashes.
- The wireless light should start blinking.
- Reconnect your printer to the wireless network using the HP Smart app.
Update Printer Firmware
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Go to the printer settings.
- Check for any available firmware updates and install them.
Reinstall the Printer Software
- Remove the printer from your computer's list of devices.
- Download and install the latest printer software and drivers from the HP Support website.
Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to diagnose and fix any network or connectivity issues.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to perform a factory reset on the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
