Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I cannot connect to web services. I am connected to wifi. I tried going to my IP address and clicking setup under web services, but I get an error message that says, "System Error. Network connection error. Check network and try again." I've been trying for hours on a PC, iPhone, and iPad. I even tried chatting with support and they could not help me. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

@emcraney, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to connect the printer to web services. Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, and the printer

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

If the issue persists, follow the steps from this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
