Firewall Settings:
 

  • Check your Mac’s firewall settings as they may be blocking access to the printer's webpage. You can find this under System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall.


Browser Troubleshooting:
 

  • Clear your browser cache or try using a different web browser to see if that resolves the issue.

 

Update Printer Firmware:

Restart Devices:
