I cannot find the admin name and password. for my HP 8022e. resetting is not a solution if the Control panel has been locked. I have reviewed the "Accepted Solution" None of them work. If you don't have the admin name/password (which I never set in the first place) you cannot do any changes. How do I restore to factory settings and just start from scratch without it.
