Hi, 

I recently switched my WiFi network, and now I can't connect my printer to the new one. I downloaded the app on my mobile and also on my computer. In my computer app (only) I managed to locate the printer, but when I follow the steps, I get an error message saying there is a problem and try again later. I tried this a few times already and still can't connect it.

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
