I cant get a claim code for web service. when I enable the web service on my printer, it prints the information sheet which only includes printer email address with no appearance for and claim code. I kept removing and enabling the web service but no change.

The Claim Code is the HP ePrint part prior to @hpeprint.com of the printer's email address.
