@Muhammedd Peace be unto you!

Lets start with power reset as per HP standards, here's how we recommend doing it:

  • Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
  • Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
    • NOTE:
    • HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  • Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  • Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

If the issue persists, please upgrade the printer firmware:

i am having a similar issue. I recently had to get a different modem set up and they changed the name of the network and the password. Now i cannot print from any device. I know I need to change the network name and password based on the information on the printed report. The report tells me to reconfigure the network set up but I cannot figure out how to do that. I have been unable to find any relevant or useful advice on the hp support page. Feeling frustrated as this should be a really straight forward thing to do. If your answer here is really all it takes, I will attempt unplugging and plugging the printer back in but surely I must also enter the new password somewhere? Thanks!

Hi. I have a Color LaserJet Pro MFP M180nw printer. I think it should be quite straight forward to set it up on a new network however, it has not been easy to find instructions that make sense to me. Your help will be wonderful!
