Hi @sswy,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble finding the HP Smart app in the Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 Pro version 22H2, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check Compatibility

  1. System Requirements: Ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements for HP Smart. Generally, it should work with Windows 10, but verifying any specific requirements on the HP website might help.

Step 2: Update Windows

  1. Check for Updates: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for any available updates. Install any updates and restart your computer.

Step 3: Use a Direct Link

  1. Access HP Smart from the Web: Sometimes, using a direct link can help. You can try to install HP Smart directly from the following link: HP Smart on Microsoft Store. Click on "Get" or "Install" if you can access it.

Step 4: Reset Microsoft Store

  1. Reset Store Cache: If you haven't done this already, you can reset the Microsoft Store:
    • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
    • Type wsreset.exe and hit Enter. This will clear the Microsoft Store cache and may help you find the app.

Step 5: Install via HP Support

  1. Download from HP Website: If the app is still not available, you can download it from the HP website. Visit the HP Smart page and follow the instructions to download and install the software.

Step 6: Create a New User Profile

  1. New User Account: Sometimes, issues with the current user profile can affect app installations. You can try creating a new user account:
    • Go to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users.
    • Click on Add someone else to this PC and follow the prompts to create a new account. Log into the new account and check the Microsoft Store for HP Smart.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
