I have HP 3001 LJP refuses to print. Does not recognize document. Meanwhile upstairs EPSON prints

• Test with another application: Try printing from a different app (such as TextEdit or Preview) to determine if the issue is application-specific.
• Reset the printer queue: Go to your printer settings on the iMac, clear any pending print jobs, and restart the print spooler.
