Hi @Joab13,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing wireless connection issues with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

Check the Network Connection

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device. You can check this through the printer's control panel.

Restart Devices

  • Restart your printer, router, and the device you're trying to print from. This can often resolve connectivity issues.

Reconfigure Wireless Setup

  • Using the Control Panel:
    • Go to the printer's control panel.
    • Navigate to the Network settings.
    • Select Wireless Setup Wizard to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Using WPS (if your router supports it):
    • Press the WPS button on your router.
    • Within two minutes, press the WPS button on the printer.

Update Printer Firmware

  • Check for any firmware updates for your printer. You can do this via the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP support website.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Remove the printer from your computer's device list.
  • Download and install the latest drivers from the HP website.

Check Firewall/Antivirus Settings

  • Ensure that your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking the printer's connection. You may need to add an exception for the printer.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool, which can help diagnose and fix printing and connectivity issues.

Factory Reset the Printer

  • If all else fails, consider performing a factory reset on the printer. This will erase all settings, so you'll need to set it up again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
