My hp c309a is not working with wireless network I try to connect to my hot spot but it says wifi radio not working I tried everything to make this work but I can't seem to get it to connect I do not have a computer I have a android phone running android 12

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting connectivity issues on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
