Product: HP office jet pro 6978-all in one

I have a new modem and now my HP office jet pro6978-all in one, won’t recognize my  network name.  Please help

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are trying to connect your printer to the new modem.

 

To assist better -

  1. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  2. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network, or public network?
  3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 
  4.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
