I have tried holding the wireless button on my printer then the WPS button on the router. The printer tries to connect but times out without connecting each time. How can I get it to connect?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Deskjet 3050 All-In-One Printer - J610a. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We have to restore the printer back to setup mode and then try to connect the printer. Please follow the below steps:

 

  •  Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Power button flashes, and then wait for the Wireless light to flash.
  • Once you restore the network to defaults, then please follow the instructions on this link to connect the printer back to your PC.

Update the printer firmware:

  • Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your product
  • Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
