Hi,
If it's showing the old wifi, then the reset wireless to defaults is not done properly.
1. Power on printer
2. Press Cancel (X) button once to wake printer if it is in Sleep mode
3. Press Cancel (X) and Wireless button together and hold it there for about 5 seconds, then release both buttons
4. Under HP Smart, select new printer setup
5. The printer should show up in the HP Smart app
6. Continue to setup and connect printer to the new network

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
What printer model is that? Usually a Reset wireless to defaults followed by using HP SMart app would be able to get the printer connected to network. The reset procedure varies among different printer models.
Here's some reset procedures for some common printers:
HP Envy 6000 | 6400 Printer series

HP Deskjet Plus 4100 | 2700 Printer series

HP LaserJet MFP 234dw

It is a HP DeskJet 2600 All in one Printer. I have completed all of the resets and troubleshooting issues. But it will not show up on my wifi. It shows my old wifi address when I print the wireless network test results. How do I change that?
