Hi! I want to know what the following things mean on a Network Summary print out. We are afraid our printer has been tampered with. What do the following mean....

HTTPS Enforcement Disabled

Access Control List Disabled

Firewall Disabled

802.1X Authentication Disabled

802.1X Encryption Level Low

On Authentication Failure Connect Anyway (802.1X Fail-over)

PJL Security Disabled

IPP Authentication Disabled

Thank you in advance for anyone who can help answer these questions. We have had someone connect to the printer wirelessly without permission and afterwards, it has stopped working. Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated!!

HTTPS Enforcement Disabled - means you can connect to the EWS  unsecurely

Access Control List Disabled - Access control allows you to limit who can connect to the printer

Firewall Disabled - All firewall functions are turned off.

802.1X Authentication Disabled - no authentication for wireless connections

802.1X Encryption Level Low - wireless connections are using the weakest encryption

On Authentication Failure Connect Anyway (802.1X Fail-over) - Allows connections even if login credentials are wrong

PJL Security Disabled - someone could embedded commands in a print job, potentially an access method for hackers

IPP Authentication Disabled - no credentials are required to send an IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) print job.

Thank you so much for your help!! So, does this mean that everything we print on this printer could also be printing elsewhere?
