But I want to use my wifi network otherwise I can not print things from the internet. So why is it a password set in the default setup and your documents don't work. I want fully working soulution. Not a work around.

Thank you for posting back. 

 

I would request you to contact our Phone Support and our Support Engineers should be able to Remote into your computer and sort this out.

  1. Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
  2. Select the product type.
  3. Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

The Wifi direct is not the propblem i want to connect my printer to my internal WIFI network so can you tell me why the password are set by default in the inbeded browser and give the PW so can setup my printer propely. insted of talk about work arround after work around
