Product: HP 8600; P1102w; 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have three HP printers (8600, P1102w, and 4650).  I've been trying to connect them wirelessly.  Each has a fixed IP address.  Almost all of the time I can't get any of them to print because they are offline.

 

I have a Frontier FiOs router (Arris), but I use a mesh system from TP-Link--Deco X-20.

 

This issue is driving me insane.  I try everything HP tells me to do, but nothing works for long.  Please help me deal with this.

 

Why can't HP solve this issue?

HP Recommended

Restart print spooler in win10 to see will it help.
