Hi @Ruth-1946,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP ENVY Photo 7822 All-In-One Printer is not connecting to your new Fidium Fiber network after switching from Spectrum, you may need to reconfigure the printer's network settings. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Network Status on the Printer:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the network settings or wireless setup menu.
  • Verify that the printer is connected to your new Fidium Fiber network. If it's not connected, try connecting it manually.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • Navigate to the wireless settings on your printer.
  • Select your Fidium Fiber network from the list of available networks.
  • Enter the network's password (if required) and connect the printer to the network.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • This can help refresh the network connection.

Check Wireless Signal Strength:

  • Ensure that your printer is within range of your Fidium Fiber Wi-Fi signal.
  • If it's too far away, it may have trouble connecting.

Router Configuration:

  • Log in to your Fidium Fiber router's settings (usually done through a web browser).
  • Check if there are any specific settings that may be blocking the printer's connection or if the wireless network settings have changed.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP support website and check for firmware updates for your printer model.
  • If updates are available, download and install them. Updated firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • If you've recently changed your network, it's a good idea to reinstall the printer drivers on your computer.
  • Visit the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.

Reset Network Settings on the Printer:

  • As a last resort, you can perform a network reset on the printer to clear any previous network configurations. Be aware that this will erase existing network settings, so you'll need to set up the connection again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
