I keep getting  " printer not  available " even though it has just been working

I'd like to help!

Since you mentioned that, it is working even though you are getting that error, I recommend you follow these steps, if you face any issues. 

Follow these steps:-

1. Restoring the printer to factory defaults will remove all settings and functions previously set up on the printer.
2. With the cartridge access door open, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least three seconds.
