I need help connecting my pc to my hp printer

To connect your HP DeskJet 2723e All-in-One Printer to your PC, you can follow these steps.

Wireless Setup

Prepare the Printer for WiFi Connection:

• Turn on your printer and ensure it’s in a "Ready" state.
• Reset the network settings by pressing the Cancel (X) and Wireless buttons on the printer until the Power light blinks, which should restore default network settings.

Connect Using HP Smart App:

• Download and install the HP Smart app on your PC (available for Windows 10 and above).
• Open the app and click on Set up a new printer.
• Follow the instructions to select your DeskJet 2723e and connect it to your WiFi network.

Add the Printer to Your PC:

• Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
• Click Add a printer or scanner and select your HP DeskJet 2723e from the list.

USB Connection

Connect the USB Cable:

• If you prefer, you can connect the printer directly to your PC using a USB cable.
• Windows should automatically detect the printer and begin installing the drivers.

Install Drivers Manually (if needed):

• If the drivers aren’t automatically installed, visit the HP Software and Drivers website.
• Enter “HP DeskJet 2723e” and download the necessary drivers for your PC.
