Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer

I will appreciate knowing if this means this printer needs to be replaced NOW.  It began not printing well and the IP address changed automatically by the last two numbers from Internet (Ethernet) and router connection).to no IP address.
