Hi @packman027,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer to your new AT&T Air Hub Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
Step 1: Reset Network Settings on the Printer
- Power on your HP ENVY 4500 printer.
- On the printer control panel, press the wireless icon to open the wireless settings menu.
- Select Restore Network Defaults or Reset Wireless Settings (the wording might vary).
- Confirm the reset when prompted. This will clear the previous Wi-Fi connection settings.
Step 2: Connect the Printer to the New Wi-Fi
- On the printer control panel, navigate to the Wireless Setup Wizard under the wireless settings.
- The printer will search for available Wi-Fi networks. Select your new AT&T Air Hub Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted, and let the printer connect.
Step 3: Update Printer Settings on Your Computer
- Open the HP Smart app or go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers on your computer.
- Remove the old printer instance if it shows up as offline.
- Re-add the printer by selecting Add a printer or using the HP Smart app to set it up.
Step 4: Restart Everything
After connecting the printer to the new network, restart your router, printer, and computer to ensure everything syncs properly.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
