@Valeria_13, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Sure, I can help with that! Let's tackle each issue step-by-step.

Connecting Your Printer to Wi-Fi

To connect your HP DeskJet GT 5820 All-in-One Printer to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:

Prepare the Printer:

  • Ensure your printer is turned on.
  • Press the Wireless button on the printer to enable Wi-Fi.

Using the HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your smartphone or computer.
  • Open the app and select Set Up a New Printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS):

  • Check if your router supports WPS.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the wireless light starts blinking.
  • Within two minutes, press the WPS button on your router.

Troubleshooting Black Ink Issues

If your printer is not recognizing the black ink, try these steps:

Check Ink Levels:

  • Ensure the black ink tank is filled above the minimum fill line.

Clean the Printhead:

  • Use the printhead cleaning utility in the HP software to clean the printhead.

Manual Cleaning:

  • If there is air in the ink tube, manually pour ink directly into the printhead to remove air bubbles.

Replace Printheads:

  • If cleaning doesn't help, you might need to replace the printheads.
