@hoss49, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Sure, I can help with that! Here are some steps to get your HP printer back on your Wi-Fi network so your family can print from their devices:

Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode:

  • Printers with a touchscreen: Open the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network setup or Settings, and then select Restore Network Settings.
  • Printers without a touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button until the Power button flashes, then release the buttons.

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi:

  • Using the HP Smart App:
    1. Download and install the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com or your app store.
    2. Open the app and create an account or sign in.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Using the Wireless Setup Wizard (for printers with a touchscreen):
    1. Place the printer near the Wi-Fi router.
    2. Open the Setup, Network, or Wireless settings menu, and select Wireless Setup Wizard.
    3. Select your network name and enter the password to complete the connection.

Enable Wi-Fi Direct (if your printer supports it):

  • This allows devices to connect directly to the printer without needing to join your home Wi-Fi network.
  • Printers with a touchscreen: Open the Wi-Fi Direct menu and turn it on.
  • Printers without a touchscreen: Press the Wi-Fi Direct button to turn it on.

Troubleshoot Connection Issues:

  • If the printer is not found during setup, try restarting your router and printer.
  • Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to diagnose and fix any connection issues.

Once your printer is reconnected to the Wi-Fi network, your family should be able to print from their laptops and mobile devices again.😊

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
