Hi @CLIFF0719

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for explaining what you're trying to do. I understand how important it is to locate your printer’s IP address—especially when you're trying to configure network settings or troubleshoot connectivity.

Let’s walk through the most direct way to find the IP address for your HP Laser 107w, which doesn’t have a touchscreen panel.

How to Find the IP Address on HP Laser 107w

1. Print a Configuration Report

Since the 107w lacks a display, the IP address is revealed through a printed report.

  • Turn on the printer and ensure it’s connected to your network.
  • Press and hold the “Information” button (the one with the “i” icon) on the control panel for 3–5 seconds.
  • The printer will print a Configuration Page.
  • Look for the IPv4 Address or IP Address section on the printout.

This is the most reliable method for non-touchscreen HP printers like the 107w.

2. Use the HP Smart App

If you’ve already set up the printer with HP Smart:

  • Open the HP Smart app.
  • Tap your printer’s image.
  • Go to Network Information.
  • The IP address will be listed there.

If the IP address shows as 0.0.0.0 or is missing, the printer may not be connected to the network. In that case, I can guide you through reconnecting it via Wi-Fi Direct or your router.

Just let me know how you'd like to proceed.
