I want to get a claim code, I follow to the instruction to find a Printer IP Address and type the Printer IP Address into a web browser, but link to an "Nginx" website as follow, why???

Hi,

An Nginx website will usually appear during a firmware update, please make sure your printer is ready and restart the printer as well if it remains for some hours in the same condition, then check for any difference.

 

For any further issues, please clarify your printer model to get some better understanding of the problem.
