Hi there

 

I changed my IP address password but now i cant seem to log in. I changed it using my laptop and not printer. I cant change any settings now. Please help.

Hi there Betty

 

I basically cannot log into change any of the settings. The password is not admin.  The printer is connected to a PC and also the phones and laptops wirelessly.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
