Hi @D_Rock7927,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To find the IP address for your HP OfficeJet 8022 printer, you can follow these steps.

Print a Network Configuration Page:

  • Press the "Wireless" or "Network" button on your printer. If your printer has a touchscreen, navigate to the "Wireless" or "Network" settings.
  • Look for an option like "Print Network Configuration Page" or similar. Select it, and the printer will print a page containing various network information, including the IP address.

Check the Printer Control Panel:

  • On some HP printers, you can find the IP address directly on the printer's control panel.
  • Navigate through the menu options, look for "Network," "Settings," or similar, and find the "Wireless" or "TCP/IP" settings. The IP address should be listed there.

Use the HP Smart App:

  • If you have the HP Smart app installed on your computer or mobile device, you can check the printer's status and details, including the IP address.
  • Open the HP Smart app, select your printer, and navigate to the printer settings or information section.

Check the Router's Admin Interface:

  • Log in to your router's admin interface through a web browser. The router's IP address is often something like 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.
  • Look for a section that displays connected devices or a DHCP client list. Find your printer's name or MAC address, and the associated IP address should be listed.

Remember that the exact steps may vary slightly depending on your printer model and the network setup. If you're unable to find the IP address using these methods, refer to your printer's user manual or visit the HP support website for specific instructions related to your HP OfficeJet 8022 printer model.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
