Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Seit ich einen neuen Anbieter und Router habe, ist der HP nicht mehr im Internet.

Anfangs konnte ich noch drucken, jetzt absolut nicht mehr. Bei HP-Smart zeigt er Füllstand und alle anderen Infos, aber druckt nicht mehr,

Support hat heute versucht, eine Lösung zu finden - keine Veränderung. Drucker schreibt - es ist ein DNS-Gateway-Problem. Keine Ahnung, was das sein könnte.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Wenn möglich Schritt für Schritt.
